One thing to note: you don’t need to do anything this extreme. So many diets and exercise plans fail because they’re too hard and people quit. You can start slow, or make minor changes that you do for longer periods of time. Simple things like walking more, cutting out added sugars, and sleeping can be really helpful. But if you can get yourself to keep with it, then this video is great. It’s not a competition, do what’s best for you

A slower, step-by-step approach is closest to a guaranteed success. No doubt about that.
Going cold turkey on caffeine was quite extreme. And not something I'd recommend most ppl do. Everything else he did was step by step though.

Lol it wasn't extreme as he nailed all the spots to achieving this. he didnt deprive himself of food just smaller portions and able to sleep almost 8hrs a day from 4 hrs which is very important in reducing stress and live healthy, it was only the exercise that he changed more which isnt extreme as other men exercising. Get a grip and !

damm, for 2 years i was hurting myself by gaining more and more weight from my frankly mortifying lifestyle and i decided to try challenge myself the same time you did, i did not get the same results and i'm still unhappy, but seeing such an incredible development in you, knowing that everyday i've done this to myself, it motivates me a lot, if i ever feel any pain whilst doing exercise i have to remind myself its my own fault alone and that actions have consequences and i have to deal with them, i've got a fun little challenge, on boxing day i go to my cousins house and obviously i want to have changed myself a lot since then, since its September today i have the rest of this month, october november and december untill boxing day to try my absolute very best, i already failed once and i cant do it again, if i do then what even is the point

You know, man. I'm only 18 but your (pre transformation) body seems really close to my current one and this has given me a lot of inspiration to change. Been watching you from basically day one, and wow the respect I have for you insane, to say you’ve change my life is a understatement and this sounds weird but watching channel grow has made me feel proud In a way, but from watching your videos and getting in to world of technology has helped me go from a teen with a bad attitude to the man I am today from the passion that goes in to your videos, now I actually feel that I I’m a part of a Community now, i’ve always struggled for confidence and self belief but since you started your fitness Challenge You’ve taught me that anything is possible, I don’t have a lot of money for technology fitness equipment So I started off with free mobile apps and also getting out and going for a walk which is also free and this has changed my life Dramatically, no I have so much self-confidence I feel like I can take on the world Anything is possible when you put your mind to it a use things you love to impact your life, you are truly a inspiration, but now since you have change my life and millions of others, I feel like it’s my time to give back even if I change one life that’s good enough for me, everyone needs a role model to give them a boost in life but you’ve way more than that! Also well done on your transformation you are so committed most people would have given up on day one But your determination has kept me moving on , so I would like to say a massive thank you for everything you’ve done to impact my life and others you are truly a hero, I have a lot more to say what words do not describe what you’ve done!
    Robert, 23
(P.s i’ll doubt you read this but if you do mind my mistake I have dyslexia thankfully I have auto correct to help me along 🤣)
Also my transformation is coming along nicely!
Would love to meet you one day at a meet and greet but if that doesn’t come across weird but sure Al be waiting in a mile long que of other people that do aswell lol

    Massive respect for you!
Its great to see you on the self-improvement journey too
Also, these things take a lot of time, months and sometimes even years, don't be discouraged by seeing someone getting it in some months, different people have different situations.
And for meditation app, I would reccomend Medito, its great
And after you have been meditating conssistently, try meditating without it once, even short durations, or use the "Timer" feature in medito, which has no sound (optional) and no instructer, but just a beep at the end of the timer.
    Medito is free and opensource.
Also, don't forget that this journey is for just a 100 days or 365 days, its a journey on which we will be for our whole lives!
I advise you to look into dopamine detox :)

I am so grateful for this transformation challenge that you put up Arun, I joined in this challenge with you, My aim was to become fitter and work harder and I haven't really accomplished the goals which I had in mind, but I've definitely made a lot of improvement, I've been working out for 3 -4 days every week now, I've been drinking more water and I also was studying more, Before this challenge, I got 58% in my 11th grade now in the Midterm exam of my 12th grade I scored 66%, It's not amazing but this challenge really helped me to do better. Now I have realized that self-improvement is not a destination its a Journey and a very enjoyable one, I really thank God for letting me come across this video, you really inspired me to change

The slendertone might hurt at 100 if you first start out there, but you also find that in no time, a couple of weeks maybe, you can do multiple sessions at 100 at the hardest workout level and have it not really hurt. There's only so much it can stimulate your abs I guess and its a quick adaptation to get to that level. It works and tightens those girdle muscles a bit, but it's not working out and losing weight and getting much bigger muscles.

Kudos to you for doing well, and showing us it can be done incrementally - for me it's finding the motivation to do it.
What's the app that tracks your sleep quality please? Anybody else know?

Thanks for the inspiration. After your initial announcement I quit alcohol and started walking 100km per week. In 60 days I went from 92 to 82kgs and can now fit in my favorite clothes again.

Wow.. loved this video and subscribed to the channel.
It's always about taking the first step. Every since the pandemic I've gained over 15 kilos and been making an excuse to work out sometime and to be honest it's not getting any better. I feel lethargic and irritated most of the times and I know I need to push myself. Your 100 day video comes in the form of a great recommendation.. Thanks INclips :p
    Can't wait to start.
    Thanks again man.. Cheers

Thanks to this video, I am transforming my lifestyle. So far, I have started going to the gym for an hour a day, and substituting chips and soda for carrots and water(I was surprised how well the carrots worked as an alternative option, it's like I'm eating the same things I used to). I'll update this whenever I remember to, if anybody sees it.

@Ryuuka Maybe in some countries health food is more expensive than trash food, but in middle class if you can afford Internet and house bills, you probably can afford vegetables, fruits and go for a walk in your neighborhood in the evening. Just saying...

I have been a physically weak human my entire life and when you started this challenge for yourself, i also started my version of it to become a better version of myself. I may not have been as disciplined as you but it has allowed me to be hopeful about myself and building self esteem is very important in order to have the will power to better yourself. I am not there yet but i am getting stronger every day and i plan to stick to this lifestyle now
Thank you Arun! You are an amazing human

Great job! Did a little bit of a transformation too. From 85kg to 69kg and 12% bodyfat at the moment. It went quite smooth but vacation at the inlaws... Imagin the killer look on mother in law's face when you say you won't eat something she cooked because there's to much carbs in it.
Keep up with the good job. Both in the transformation and those amazing reviews.

This is brilliant man. Am so happy and so inspired by this. One thing i recommend is doing a full desk setup on the standing desk. Now that you committed to the setup, it is quite hard to go back to the normal desk. I am a user of standing desk since 2015. :)

Inducing workouts no matter what you're doing such as standing while working and balancing yourself is small steps to pushing your body to exercise even when it doesn't need to. This makes a world of difference since a lot of work today is being done digitally so incorporating movement or contraction of muscles is important. Also an air purifier doesn't make a whole lot of difference if your apartment/home actually has a solid HVAC system. If it doesn't, then yeah an air purifier makes a whole world of difference while sleeping.
